About Regarding the Irony

I started writing a long time ago, sparked from a great passion for doing the bare minimum to get a passing grade in English class. Eventually I discovered I actually enjoyed the practice, when I met a girl who was a writer and figured It couldn’t be that hard to pretend to be one as well. At least long enough to impress her of course. It worked flawlessly, as after working an embarrassing amount of time on my first real piece, I sent it to her and she was so impressed she that she became starstruck and never spoke to me again. Curse my brilliance.

Incidentally that piece is the first story on this site, and as absurd as it may seem, it actually did happen. In fact everything I write about on here is based on my first hand experience (unless actually stated otherwise). So if you have the time, sit back and wonder at just how many mistakes a man can make, and just how ironic life can truly be.
